Customer Relationship Management Role

Our client is a well established and growing sheet metal and fabrication manufacturing service provider that provides a quality service with on time delivery.

Reporting to the General Manager, the appointee’s responsibilities will include working with existing clients on an ongoing basis to ensure their requirements are being met.  The role will also involve interpreting client’s needs and ensuring existing and potential clients are aware of the full range of services available.

Key attributes sought include:

·        Broad experience in a sheet metal/fabrication environment

·        Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills

·        2D CAD and/or estimating and quoting skills desirable

·        Flexible and adaptive approach
