Export Business Manager
Our client is a well established and highly successful company specialising in exporting two NZ icon brands: Marine Opal paua shell jewellery and Alpine Silk lanolin skin care. Due to rapid expansion and progressive plans, there is a great opportunity for you to join the export team.
You will need to be effective at creating and implementing an international sales strategy working with overseas distributors and retailers on a planned basis including working to agreed sales targets.
You will need to enjoy international travel to the point where you can happily sustain up to two weeks out of six overseas. Ideally we are looking for you to start in December 2009.
It is essential that you have proven export sales experience underpinned by your positive attitude, relationship management skills and all round flexibility. This is a company that values team players who are interested in self development and bring an appropriate sense of humour with them. Fluency in other European languages may give you an advantage if you have the other skills but is not essential.
