Bill Verstappen   

(Director)


Bill has spent more than ten years working in the areas of mid and senior level recruitment.  He works in partnership with a broad base of clients spanning most sectors from manufacturing and local government through to finance and business services.  He also assists clients in the areas of business and strategic planning, organisational review including change management advice and executive coaching.  

Prior to this Bill had a successful career in a range of senior line management roles in the pharmaceutical and energy industries. 
 

He builds partnership relationships with his clients and adds value to their businesses via a pragmatic commercially focused approach.

e is a graduate of Otago University (Science) and Massey University (post graduate business) and was an owner partner of Rodgers & Partners Consultants Ltd.  He purchased this Company in 2006  merging it with McGinn HR Limited to form PeopleFit Limited.

 

 

 


 

Mark McGinn   
(Director)

Mark McGinn has over 20 years experience in line management, recruitment and consulting positions in both the public and private sectors. He was formally the owner and director of McGinn HR Limited.

He is an experienced behavioural analyst who provides clear insights into potential strengths and weaknesses of people at work as either existing team members or candidates for vacant roles.  Mark is also a strategic Human Resource Consultant who has specialised in delivering quality human resource processes and reviews and developing policy to support leaders in organisations.

He provides added value to clients with his knowledge of employment law and has provided cost effective advice and representation on all aspects of disciplinary and dismissal processes.

Mark has completed a DBS at Massey, is a professional member of HRINZ and holds appropriate qualifications for psychometric testing.


 

John Maskill
(Consultant)

John has over 20 years commercial experience with particular expertise in management, marketing, and international business development. He has held senior management positions in the pharmaceutical and airline industries leading substantial growth within both sectors. International experience was gained in nutraceutical market, involving commercialisation of research and developing South East Asian, Australian and North American markets.

In recent years John has been involved in management and business consultancy in a range of sectors including transport, food processing, biotechnology and engineering. A significant amount of this work has been on strategic business development for start up operations, including from company diversification, with an international market focus.

John has an honours degree in science from Otago and a MBA from Auckland. He brings a strong commercial and practical approach to assisting clients in the areas of recruitment, strategy, business development and performance.
